More and more people today are wanting to get ahead financially and they realize that in order to do that, they must be in business for themselves. Robert Kiyosaki explains in his book “The Cash Flow Quadrant” how we need to move from “employee” and “self-employed” on the left side of the quadrant, to “business-owner” and “investor” on the right side of the quadrant in order to leverage time and money to get ahead financially. I created this video series to give a brief overview of some of the choices you have if first going into business for yourself, and some of the considerations. I talk about tradition brick-and-mortar business, franchises, bringing to market your own product, providing consultant or other services, eBay and affiliate marketing, mlm (multilevel) and network marketing, direct sales, and even cash gifting. This is by no means exhaustive, and I encourage you to do thorough research before you decide in which direction to move forward. Subscribe to my channel to keep up with the series.
In this video I discuss some of the considerations of buying a franchise. A franchise can be a fantastic business, but it will usually require a pretty substantial initial investment as well as monthly expense, and it may take some time to begin making a net profit.
