Women entrepreneurs face many of the same challenges which men do, but there are also extra hurdles that women have to overcome such as making a mark in a male dominated field or breaking the glass ceiling. Very often, the answers we need lie within ourselves, but we don’t trust that knowing voice.

In this course, Vani Kola, Managing Director, India, NEA-IndoUS Ventures, takes you along her journey, as well as the journey of other women entrepreneurs, giving advice to ‘want to be women entrepreneurs’.

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a project initiated by the European Union (EU). It aims at helping new entrepreneurs to acquire relevant skills for managing a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) by spending time in a business in another EU country. It contributes to improving their know-how and fosters cross-border transfers of knowledge and experience between entrepreneurs.

Who can participate?
•New entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs who are firmly planning to set up their own business or have already started their own business within the last three years.
•Experienced entrepreneurs should own or manage an SME in the EU.
