What is the one most important common characteristics of successful entrepreneurs?

If you had one question to ask to get to that quality, what would it be?

The one question I would ask is this: "Do you use your time effectively?"

Successful entrepreneurs use their various resources in an intelligent and optimal manner. Out of all the resources Time is the most precious resource which is irreplaceable. So use your time effectively.

Use this example: If A and B are two numbers, only one of the following relationships between them is true:

1] A is less than B (A < B)

2] A equals B (A = B) and

3] A is greater than B (A > B).

Now think of A as your business efforts in terms of the usage of your Time and B as your business rewards per month or per year.

Obviously A < B is the best option, that is get your required results with less efforts.

Concentrate on Time Management.

I have heard that they tend to only sleep 4 or 5 hrs a night giving them another 3 or 4 hours a day to pursue their goals.

Thats a lot of extra time
