Fraiche is the yogurt shop where you are most likely to see some of Silicon Valley’s top tech stars. Everytime I go in I see a different VC, or exec from companies like Techcrunch, Facebook, or Apple. Here you meet Patama Gur, founder, and she tells you what’s behind making yogurt, cookies, and coffee for Silicon Valley’s geeks. The block they are on is famous for entrepreneurs, the first BarCamp was held just behind the shop and Gordon Biersch’s first restaurant is next door. She also tells how she gets new customers and a little bit about what role she played in the founding of Blippy, a Silicon Valley startup that asks you to enter your credit cards and share your buying behavior with the public.
