Like if you are an aspiring entrepreneur yourself… and you want to gain an insight into the field . What would you ask a highly successful person in the field of hospitality if you got the chance to talk to him?? He basically owns a chain of highly successful restaurants.
Since I will be opening a fine dining restaurant here in Toronto City myself, I would ask all that I need and want to know.
