Can anyone advice what s the formula for success in running an online business as well as traditional business?

It is never easy to run a business whether an offline (traditional) or an online business. It seems that only a small fraction of entrepreneurs fail to sustain or grow in business, and collapse after some time. It is the traffic volume that matters. For example getting sufficient customers to visit your shop. Is online business similar like that in the sense we need lots of visitors to our website to make purchase and how to do that.

Running an online business is very different from running a traditional business in terms of the way you market/advertise, so you cannot really compare them. You are right. Very few (3 out of 100 people) succeed in online business mostly because they have no clue how to go about it.

You are asking how to get traffic to your site and how to get that traffic to convert, right? Safelists are a waste of time from my experience. I would recommend that you bring your online marketing skills up to date, especially if you were doing online marketing in the same way you advertise for your offline business. Please recommend best online classified sites to post free ads.?

Online entrepreneurs always say online presence is important but my personal experience tells that getting noticed on the internet is a very huge task because the world wide web is so big. It is not easy to find places to post free ads. Kindly recommend sites that are fast, easy and free (with no charge or reciprocal link if possible). I know there is no free lunch but please help.

First and foremost, there is naturally a good reason for free ads or classifieds sites asking for payment or even a reciprocal link back to their site. Call it a win win business. They need a payment to keep their site running. The sites mentioned here and out there do give you an opportunity to post free ads but be aware that it might come with limitations as you explore them. Worthwhile to pay for an ads placement if there is lot of web traffic there.

Having said that, there are of course some really good sites that recommend a listing to post free ads or hosting a place for free ads.

Crisantos Hajibrahim served in the United States Marine Corps as a Communication
Center Operator/Computer Systems Specialist (2542/4066) from 1996-2000. He was
assigned to the Department of Defense Military Communication School, 29 Palms,
California, and continued his Advanced Communication Training with Data

Upon completion of his enlistment from the Marine Corps, Crisantos was recruited by the
Washington, D.C. based, Capital Area Internet Service, as a project manager located in
Los Angeles.
In December 2004, Crisantos set out to create his own successful information technology
service company. VIRUSwoman, Inc., a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise,
specializes in providing small business, government, and corporate organizations with
cost effective technology solutions. In 2007, Crisantos was awarded with the Aflac
Entrepreneur Civic Award for his business and work with veterans. He was also featured
