I suggest getting a feel for making money online by starting a blog or website about being a new mom or related topics and learning how to monetize that site :

Then when you’ve grown comfortable with the many ways of making money online, you can either start an eBay store or your own website using the many methods of selling – dropshippers, direct sales, affilliate sales etc.
I gather this is a long-term goal for you to spend time with your family, because there IS NO short cut to an online business.

Every successful Entrepreneur had a strong desire to be success and has exact and targeted goals and a roadmap on how to get there. But above everything you must have the desire to become a successful entrepreneur, a desire that when things aren’t going the way you want them, you focus that desire to keep going and striving because the desire is so strong.
A millionaire mindset and a strong desire are tow critical components in any successful online business.

Google small business + your town. Look for an interesting business, call them up and ask to speak with the owner. Or call your local newspaper, ask for the Metro (local) section, and ask an editor for ideas of people to talk with. They meet lots of entrepreneurs they run stories about.
Im currently active duty marine corps, before i get out i want to get an MBA. The reason i want to get an MBA is because i want to start a cyber cafe (become an entrepreneur) when i get out of the Marine Corps or if that fails work for a large corporation. I want to know if it is worth the time and money to attend an online MBA course, If so what college should i use. Thank You
Great question.
I have an MBA, and so do a few of my friends. We talk about starting businesses constantly.
Your question already assumes that an online MBA course will give you the info you need.
I think you have other options.
Usually, a class is lots of formality, with only a little substance.
You’ll be focused on jumping through the professor hoops to get your high grade.
There are other (and i think better) options.
Go to Amazon.com, and type in ‘entrepreneur’ and ’small business’. There are lots of books there.
One i really like is "The Portable MBA in Entrepreneurship"
Another is: "Beating the odds at small business"
Unless you plan to finish your MBA, learn from these books first. Then, you’ll have a better understanding of what info you’ll need.
You should focus on actions that will get you direct info to your task, and will help you network.
Even with my MBA, the best course i took was after i finished it. It was funded by the US Dept of Commerce, and it was a 13 week course on writing your business plan. It was hosted by U of Wisconsin. It only cost me $200, because the gov’t paid the extra $700 because it’s a job creation program.
You can also look at these free online MBA classes from MIT:

Best of luck to you.
I hope you become very rich.

I want to reach people who 1. want to establish their own companies and create a success with them, 2. are looking for success business ideas, and franchises (which they know will cost some money for them, ofcourse, so no "free riders") and 3. are already in business (especially online) and need to advertise.
So are there any REALLY good websites with high amounts of traffic within these categories each month (like 1 million, or more), or
REALLY good newsletters about these subjects which provide true meaningful content to their readers, have high amount of subscribers who truly read these newsletters, and which can be sponsored by advertisers, or
high-traffic entrepreneurial blogs , etc etc…
If anybody knows, AND has own experience that these resources (what ever they are) have provided lots of clients, could you tell me too?
I am looking for resources to build hig traffic and to get LOTS of contacts to people of the above mentioned interest areas
Q: I want to reach people who 1. want to establish their own companies and create a success with them, 2. are looking for success business ideas, and franchises (which they know will cost some money for them, ofcourse, so no "free riders") and 3. are already in business (especially online) and need to advertise.
Try following captive generic sites for business news:-
1. businessweek-small biz section gets approx 3min page views a month
2. economist – ideal resource for business news
3. inc
4. smartmoney
5. redherring.com – small biz section
Hope u were more specific on the markets ur interested to target; each of these on line mags offers newsletters as an option to reach out to discerning audiences.
While on line advertising certainly gets u targeted audience, viral applications would also help u spread your word across the hi-profile surfers. We can consider a referral program that can ideally aid in getting more registrations for your product/ service. Further, being a b2b initiative there are lots of sites across specialized, niche areas such as : IT, Fashion, Travel et al. Look at the growth sectors that web2.0 has to offer, namely,: Travel, On line Trading, Merchant Banking, Technology Solutions and similar industries. You could search for AC Nielsen Top Growth industries and consider options therein.
Go Ahead…Indulge!
