There are many people said that to be an enrepreneur we must realize that there are many challanges to be an entrepreneur. Is anybody can give me a logical answer?
Well, to me, the greatest challenge for an entrepreneur is the ability the business to adopt the market trend.
Say,
a restaurant, your menu, can you menu(of course human resources as well, like cooks, food suppliers, etc) flexible enough to fit the trend of the general public or to the geographic group of your target.
or tech business, even Microsoft or Google is huge to compete, but the more important part of a tech business is the original idea of your own.
Can an at-risk teenage girl launch a successful soda company? She can if she’s enrolled in a program by the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) designed to help young people improve their academic, business and technological skills through entrepreneurship education.
Follow the story of one young woman and hear why some say entrepreneurship education is “the civil rights issue of our time.”

Is the real estate market going to stumble? If so, would land development not be a good idea for prospective entrepreneurs?
Well, there has been a housing bubble that is bursting.
Land Development still offers a great potential for payout, however:
Pros: High profits, Build up your name well, influence with local and state groups, help shape the future development of a town/region.
Cons: Need lots of capital, High risk, Lots of local/state/fed regulations, very dependent on economic/market forces.
Some of the best entrepreneurships is in the techie fields. Computer/Electronics repair is still in very high demand.
There are lots others. Check out Entrepreneur magazine. They have lists of that stuff and articles all the time.
