Lately we have seen a lot of xray cameras advertising. At least in the regoings I have been in North America it was the case. Cannot say if it’s similar in your region of the world.
Xray vision has been a long tradition in American technological spheres and as soon as the technology was invented it was leveraged and transferred to medical imaging in hospitals.
The place where we keep hearing about xray cameras is in the news where sensationalism is the order of the day. Since the camera can pick up images beyond tissues of clothing, the controversy from this is what caught the news by storm.
