If that is the question you are asking, then yes it can. Divide your tasks and figure out what you could do less of, then in the future you will be allowed more time to do things you enjoy after all of your hard work pays off. As for the financial aspect of it, don't give up. Their will be someone who wants to give you a chance if they believe in your idea. I am a stay at home mom with two children under two. I just went through writing a business plan and I am sure it will be worth having no time for anything once it gets going.
