Can entrepreneurs really make a business plan if they have lots of different ideas

If you ask for help from business advisers sponsored by the government they want you to make a business plan. But if you are writing a book, selling for a company part time and making internet sites..as well as having an eye for property can a business plan fit this?

Typically you will be more successful if you are focused on one idea at a time. However perhaps you are different and not typical.

Then consider your different ideas (unrelated as they are) as separate services or products in your plan (however do not include the jobs you have where other employers pay you in your business plan).

Focus on the business ideas such as developing internet sites; property investment and management; book writing and self-publishing as parts of your overall plan: each part will have to have a strategy, a marketing plan, etc.

Good luck.

Can a business plan fit your busy schedule? If that is the question you are asking, then yes it can. Divide your tasks and figure out what you could do less of, then in the future you will be allowed more time to do things you enjoy after all of your hard work pays off. As for the financial aspect of it, don’t give up. Their will be someone who wants to give you a chance if they believe in your idea. I am a stay at home mom with two children under two. I just went through writing a business plan and I am sure it will be worth having no time for anything once it gets going. Good luck!
