Atul Pathak is one of the UKs most successful franchise entrepreneurs, who set up his first McDonalds franchise in 2003 and today runs a ten-strong, and growing, restaurant group. A pioneer with the McDonalds formula, Atul has trialled initiatives such as introducing a halal menu in his Southall restaurant. In 2007, he won the British Franchise Association Silver award at the Franchisee of the Year awards.
