Questions to ask when interviewing an entrepreneur?

Posted by admin on December 2nd, 2011 and filed under entrepreneur | 2 Comments »

I have a project coming up at the university and I would appreciate if you could help me out with this one. I need to make a list of questions to ask an entrepreneur. What do you think are the most important things to ask? The list also should include some questions regarding his traits.
Thanks in advance! Every help will be appreciated.

Below some questions to ask an entrepreneur. I hope this helps you!

How did you get started in this business?
Is this your first business?
How did you finance your business?
How many employees do you have?
Who are your customers?
How have sales grown in the last few years?
What are the most crucial things you have done to grow your business?
What systems have you used to automate your business
Do you have a business plan?
What has been your most effective marketing tactic or technique?
What three pieces of advice would you offer entrepreneurs starting out today?
If you were to start another business, what might it be?
How does your business “give back” to the community or to society?

Will less women want to marry ,now that Kim Kuntdashian’s marriage has failed?

Will this lead to more divorces and less marriages? Since most women think Kim is a role model for entrepreneur ,single females.

Anyone who thinks any member of that skanky clan is worthy of being looked up to as anything other than what and how not to be as a person, needs placed in a rubber room under armed guard.

Anyone who thought that marriage would outlast the flowers, again needs placed in a rubber room under armed guard.

With so many good people in this country, why do we always have to find and then glorify the trash amongst us? It is sad that we do so.

“Nobody wants to watch long videos, so keep it short, simple and to the point. I follow the two-minute rule. You should come up with a similar rule for yourself.
If you have to create a longer video, consider dividing it into parts that make it easier for your viewers to digest.

You know, that might be part of their make up. But clearly the most important part of their make up is they don’t quite after failure. They press on.

What is the role of an entrepreneur of a women’s clothing boutique?

Posted by admin on November 5th, 2011 and filed under women entrepreneurs | 1 Comment »

I have a Principles of Business SBA to complete. I am not quite sure what to put for the role of the entrepreneur. My teacher says we should not be general, we should let it relate to the clothing store.
Hence my question.

I want to know this too.

I want to become a Entrepreneur but I am having a hard time trying to decide what I need to study to become one after college. What would be a good major and minor?

Entrepreneurs are in business. Courses related to Business Administration would help for starters.

How can young people be empowered to improve quality of life?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2011 and filed under young entrepreneurs | 2 Comments »

More specifically: How can LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS of Washington D.C. empower the next generation to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Greater Washington?

Hope springs eternal in the human breast. You want the local government to help set you up in a business that will not only make money, but you will also feel virtuous.

I’ve done virtuous things, but the local government sure didn’t help me make money. For instance I used to teach English to refugees for free. Now I go around picking up litter and putting the trash in the trash and making sure the recyclables get recycled. Nobody pays me for it, and I’m not embarassed because it’s like I’m the invisible man.

Maybe I don’t get enough credit for what I do. I need a bull horn, but the local government won’t even pay for that.

According to Webster’s dictionary, an entrepreneur is one who organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of a business or enterprise. Entrepreneurs live in the future. They have creative personalities, are innovative, and thrive on change. But what makes an entrepreneur successful? Research done by Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business came up with common characteristics of over 200 successful entrepreneurs. Successful was defined as being in business for at least 5 years and who has gross revenues of at least $1 million.
